PPF Film

BNM의 PPF 필름 코팅 기계는 차량 도장 보호 필름을 생산하는 설비로서 1공정은 1차 Mat Silicone Film에서 Liner Film을 제거 후 슬롯 다이 방식으로 PSA를 코팅하고 상부 건조기에서 건조한 후 2차 급지부에서 공급된 PPF Film과 합지하여 권취된다. 2차 공정은 1차 공정이 완료된 TPU 표면에 Self Healing Coating을 마이크로 그라비아 방식으로 코팅하고 건조기에서 건조한 후 2차 급지부에서 공급된 보호 필름과 합지 후 권취된다.
